I just wanted to send a quick Thank You for your product.
I have not gotten a good nights sleep for years due to snoring. First, because I would have to work hard to get the air I needed, and second because I would get elbowed all through the night. I was never able to get into a deep sleep.
Before ordering your product, I wanted to get a CPAP machine like my brother uses. I would literally get nervous as I would start to fall asleep, knowing that as soon as I did, I would be struggling for air.
From the very first night using your product, I have completely stopped snoring. I woke up in the morning to my wife still next to me and she said that she had not heard me snore at all during the night.
Also, I took my boys camping a couple of weeks ago and my 10 year old shook me awake at about 3 AM. I thought that he was shaking me because I was snoring, but he said that it was because I WASN'T snoring that he woke me. He was nervous because he had never heard me so quiet before and wanted to check on me. I would have had to take a generator with me camping if I was using a CPAP machine. Your product worked great!
I am very happy and will be ordering the SomnoGuard AP until I die.

I purchased a mouthpiece (SomnoGuard 2.0) a few months ago and I have had really good results. I feel more rested and do not wake up several times through the night, like I did. It took awhile for me to be able to keep it in all night. I would wake up and it would be somewhere in the bed. But, now, it stays in all night and I am sleeping much more better. This has really helped with my daytime fatigue.

I received delivery of the SomnoGuard appliance 4 days after ordering. Being a dentist who treats patients with sleep apnea, I was curious to see how effective such a simple device could be. I am also a snorer who has not gone through a single night in 30 years without being woken up by my wife and having to turn on my side.
I (and my wife) was amazed after the first night. Not only did she not have to turn me over, but I also slept through the night with interruption from the apnea itself. I normally wake up 2-3 times a night just because of breathing issues. I plan on incorporating this appliance into the treatment of patients in my clinic.
I have taken an informal poll of patients in the clinic and a surprisingly large number claim to be snorers or at least told so by their spouses. What an aid this could be be. I am sure there are countless other people walking around who could benefit from this appliance.

I've been using the SomnoGuard AP for a month now, every night. According to my wife, my snoring disappeared the first night I used it and it has never returned, she is quite amazed. Fitting the SomnoGuard AP was trouble-free, the video explains the process quite clearly, and the resulting fit for me was perfect. This is a fine product. You will need to allow some time to get used to sleeping with one of these, but after a month it is really comfortable for me. If you don't know much about these devices, be assured they are not a gimmick; you can go to the American Sleep Apnea Association web site (www.apneasupport.org) to learn about them and about snoring and sleep apnea in general. I did the research on these devices, and as a first step went to my dentist who said he could fit me with a $500 appliance. It turned out not to be covered by my insurance so I abandoned that avenue and purchased the SomnoGuard AP. I am very happy I did.
PS: I received the SomnoGuard AP just a day or two after I ordered it.

I just had to write and tell you what an AMAZING product you have in Noiselezz. My husband has snored for years and for the past several months we had separate bedrooms because I could not deal with the snoring. A couple of months ago I bought the Noiselezz device as a last resort. We have tried every spray, pill, etc. on the market for snoring, all to no avail. My husband did NOT snore from the FIRST night he wore it! Now he can go a night or two without wearing it and STILL not snore! My wife has been complaining about my snoring for the fourteen years we have married. She recently told me I needed to do something about my snoring soon or I would be sleeping in another room. I didn't want to go through the time and expense of a sleep clinic to have them tell me what I already knew, I have sleep apnea. I spent some time online looking for alternatives to the usual expensive and cumbersome devices to treat sleep apnea. Although I did find it interesting that the first items to come up with a Google search for snoring aids were ear plugs, I eventually came upon mandibular advancement appliances on the nosnorezone.com website. The concept made total sense to me. It's a simple design, easy for anyone to fit themselves, and more importantly, reasonably priced.
I chose the Somnogard AP device because I like that it is adjustable. The downloadable instruction video made fitting the device a breeze. It took about ten minutes. The first night was a little uncomfortable but not unbearable. After a few nights I barely noticed I was wearing the device, and now after a few weeks I don't feel it at all. My snoring stopped that first night and has not returned since. I get to stay in my own bed.
Although my wife was skeptical when I told about the product she is a believer now. My snoring is gone, I have more energy during the day, and my wife is happy. What more could I ask for?

Well, I went to the Ear, Nose, & Throat Doctor and he let me know that he needed to do a series of tests, costing about $3,000 - $4,000! I decided to look around before I donated to his favorite charity!

This is the second one of these I've ordered. They are for my boyfriend. His DOGS ate the last one! He has come to rely on it for a good nights sleep so he was very disappointed that the dogs got it. I wasn't sure he would really be willing to use it, but he did. He said it was slightly uncomfortable the first night--more that he was aware of it--the second night it was very comfortable, and the morning after the third night he forgot he had it in his mouth until he went to brush his teeth!
It has helped him tremendously. He is a powerlifter, and his workouts are stronger too from getting a good night's sleep for a change.

I have already tried the Somnoguard AP this week and have refitted it very slightly over a few days. The instructions are quite clear. The AP was my first appliance to try. It works wonderfully. The first night was a bit difficult after a few hours of use, but I kept it in all night. The second night was very easy! Now, it's like a pacifier after just four days. It is great to know I can enjoy sleep positions I avoided before because I woke myselfup and my wife. I actually look forward to going to bed at night and my wife stays in the bed with me now!

I received your Noiselezz on Thursday, June 22-it came sooner than I expected. The first night I used it I felt excellent and refreshed the very next morning! It was the first time in a long time that I have slept so well...I actually felt rested after about 8 hours of sleep. Today, after the 2nd night, I also feel great! I am very excited about this and so is my wife (for the first time in months she's been able to sleep through the night)!! Thank you so much for your product! It really works well.
I realized that I had developed sleep apnea many months ago, probably due to my becoming considerably overweight (about 100 pounds too much gained gradually over about 11 years). I would say that for the last 6-12 months, or more, I noticed that I started needing about 10-12 hours of sleep a night just to feel ok...usually I woke up multiple times per night and then in the morning I would feel not so great-even after 10-12 hours of "sleep.". I would also sweat so much on my pillow or my sheets that my wife had to wash my pillows at least every week so that they wouldn't stink so bad.
My wife has told me for months that she fears for my life while I sleep because I stop breathing all the time at night, and that I often shake the bed when I finally get air into my lungs. Of course I believed her, and I did look into getting a sleep study done, but the cost turned me off and I resolved to just start to lose weight. Well, that lasted about a month, until I got back into my old habits. Then, recently, when a friend shared a hotel room with me on a trip out of town and was kept up most of the night, terrified for me because of my snoring and sleep apnea (he counted intervals of up to 45-seconds of interruption in my breaths), I decided I had to try do something again. Well, to make a long story short, I found you on the web, consulted my dentist about your device, and he said to give it a try.
I did, and here I am, thanking you from the bottom of my heart! This device works, and is probably saving my life! Thank you so much!!

Dear Sir,
The product (SomnoGuard AP) arrived and was quite easy to form to my teeth/bite and also to assemble/adjust. The fit is very precise and MUCH more comfortable and stable than the "other" product I tried. The fit is firm, feels snug, but comfortable. It also appears to be significantly more durable than what I had. The fact that it can be re-molded is a VERY comforting thought though it appears I nailed it perfectly the first time.
The built in adjustment (screw device) capability of the AP model is certainly worth "whatever" the additive cost. I was able to "set it" (align the jaw) so that my teeth did NOT hurt the next morning, something that was common with the first device which I suspect was set (by me) with the lower jaw too far forward. Ugh.
I suspect I'll continue to use the device regardless of the effectiveness of the surgery. This is hard to predict at the moment but the surgeon already told me that laser reduction of the soft palate doesn't normally last all that long in terms of treating snoring. My thinking is, once comfortable with the device why not use it!!

Thank you for 2 nights of sleep without being poked at and left to sleep alone! Your SomnoGuard works fantastically! True, it will take some "getting use to" time, but thankfully the snoring has stopped. I couldn't be happier! I have tried every thing else including pillows, pills, herbs, wrapping my jaw up, even taping my mouth shut — nothing worked until now.

I just got my Nozovent order...you are a life saver. I have been using these for over 12 years, I can't remember when I started. I always had trouble breathing because of the deformation of my nasal. I always had to hold my nose open at night with my had, all night long. After I got the Nozovent, I didn't know what to do with my hands any more. I had to get used to not using my hands. But it was a wonderful dilemma. Now that allergy season is here I need them during the day. I use the old ones all year round during the day but during allergy season I need the new ones. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for these Nozovent, they changed my life for the better.

Just writing to let you know, it works! My girl is a light sleeper and I am a "deep in slumber" kind of a guy. When I lie on my back I tend to snore, and a jab from my girl will usually get me to flip over. But...if I so much as have one glass of wine I know that I will snore for sure. So after sheer desperation and an online search, I found your contraption and lo and behold...it works. Forget the snoring...Do you know that I no longer feel sleep deprived during the day?!
The instructions were clear and you cannot go wrong. The mouth piece takes a few days to get used to but in no way was it uncomfortable. It is important to get your teeth imprint into the piece so that it will not slip out of your mouth . The made in Germany, SomnoGuard, has my vote!

Just wanted to let you know that my SomnoGuard order arrived on Friday, May 13! THat was a lot quicker than I thought it would arrive. Plus, over the last three days of using it, I'm thrilled with how well it works. I've spent 2+ years on a CPAP machine and could never get used to the mask 100%. With the SomnoGuard mouthpiece, I hardly notice it at all throughout the night. And, as a bonus, my wife doesn't feel like she's sleeping with "Darth Vader"! For well over 20 years I have been a snorer. My snoring has gotten progressively worse. I have tried many different things on the market that claim to cure or lessen snoring. None of them have worked...Breathe Right Nasal Strips, Chin Up Strips, various mouth sprays, etc. About 15 years ago I had a special plastic retainer custom made for me by a dentist..it helped somewhat, but was very uncomfortable to wear, and very expensive.
My last three relationships, including the tail end of my marriage, resulted with me sleeping in a separate room because of my snoring. Recently, I started a new relationship with a lady that I care for very much. I dreaded the thought of having to tell her that when the time came we would have to sleep in separate rooms because of my snoring. I went on a desperate search trying to find anything new that I hadn't tried over the years that might possibly help. I saw your website on the Internet advertising your Noiselezz device. I was skeptical, but figured I'd take the chance. I ordered one last month. One night prior to receiving the Noiselezz, I tape recorded myself sleeping just to confirm that I still was snoring a loud as ever, and I was. So loud and for so long that it scared me listening to it. When I received the Noiselezz, I taped recorded myself one night sleeping with the Noiselezz...I could'nt believe what I heard the next morning. The snoring was gone..Totally!! Last weekend my girlfriend and I slept together for the first time. I still was nervous about the possiblility that I would be snoring, and when we woke up the first morning, I asked her how she slept. She said just fine. I am now convinced that the Noiselezz really works. Not only does it work to totally eliminate my snoring, but it is comfortable to wear, and I woke up feeling much more refreshed than many other nights of what I thought was a good night's sleep without the Noiselezz.

I just wanted to give you an update on my use of the SomnoGuard and Nozovent products.
I'll start with the easy one, Nozovent. It's a significant improvement over adhesive nasal strips (which I've been using for months), providing better opening of the nasal passages, and anticipated lower costs because the Nozovent can be used many times. It's also quite comfortable after the first few (less than 5) minutes in place. Unfortunately, my snoring must not be of the type benefitted by this because it doesn't help my snoring by itself — however, it's the perfect complement to the SomnoGuard.
My first night with the SomnoGuard proved, very quickly, that I had fitted the piece with my lower jaw too far forward and I could not tolerate the position my jaw was in. The next day I refitted it and that night I had the first snoreless night I've had in months! Not only was I not snoring, but it seemed that the sleep I got was of better quality — I must have some sleep apnea. As I expected, I have been experiencing some soreness in my teeth and gums, but it seems to be lessening with each night. I have found that the device works best for me with my mouth closed completely over it and breathing through my nose, which is aided significantly by the Nozovent. As long as the soreness in my mouth continues to improve and my dentist has no concerns with it, I believe I've found my solution to snoring!
This is one of the few products out there that has actually lived up to its claims. THANK YOU!!!

I had spent $400 for a custom-fitted [brand name withheld] appliance, but it failed to stop the snoring and then it fell apart. I lost several hinge pins and when the dentist requested $25 for a new pin, I decided to look elsewhere.

I recently participated in a sleep study because I was falling asleep at the keyboard at work and while driving. The sleep study showed an AHI of 84.5 disturbances per hour. I really wasn't getting any sleep.
I went to an ear, nose, throat specialist who ruled out any severe underlying causes and I was looking at CPAP therapy.
I found that I could mimic a snore during the daytime and that with pushing my jaw slightly forward, the snoring/vibration stopped.
Most fitted devices to move the jaw forward cost upwards of about $1,000 dollars. I found your SomnoGuard on the internet and decided to try it.
I didn't follow instructions very well but did get an OK fit and I immediately quit snoring and got probably 100% improvement in my sleep apnea. I am actually sleep at night and am awake the whole day and it is wonderful. I will probably still need a CPAP device for home but when traveling, my mouthpiece will go with me instead.
As the instructions said, it takes a little time to get used to but I love it.

I received the Noiselezz on June 25. Very quick service. And even better, it works. I never would have believed such a simple device could stop my long time snoring. I was thoroughly prepared for it to be another expensive throw away. I even recorded myself with and without the Noiselezz to be sure it worked. The result was very loud snoring without–absolute silence with. It is fairly uncomfortable for the first few days, but after that, no problem at all. Thanks. I received my Noiselezz yesterday, June 1 (ordered May 28). I used it the same night and according to my husband, I slept quietly and didn't snore at all. I didn't feel sleepy at all. Usually I have trouble staying awake at work, or I'm falling asleep driving home. Sometimes I would close my eyes at a signal light and I would doze off. I have put my husband through many restless nights. He said that I would stop breathing and that he'd have to nudge me. It had gotten to the point that my son also complained. Both my husband & son sleep like the dead. I was mortified to tears that my snoring had become so bad.
Last week, I saw an ENT who told me that my tongue was anatomically attached lower than it should be, causing me to snore. And as I got older, the snoring worsened. The doctor said that I needed a mandibular mouthpiece to keep my tongue from falling back. He recommended that I go to a sleep therapy center and get monitored with a CPAP and maybe the insurance company will cover the mouthpiece which he said cost $500. Well, I'm happy that I found your website and that I found a solution for a fraction of the cost of what my doctor said it would cost.
What a difference this little device has made in only one day. I'm looking forward to many more snoreless nights and energy. Thank you!

My fiance and I have not been able to sleep in the same bed since we met. He is a light sleeper and between my allergies and snoring it was impossible for him to even sleep in the same end of the house. Been using the ®Noiselezz for about a week now, with near-perfect results. According to my wife, my snoring has been 98% eliminated, and my sleep apnea no longer occurs. She no longer needs to use earplugs, white noise, or to escape to the couch.
The appliance fits well, and as promised, I've adjusted to it during the first week. It's now reasonably comfortable, and the more I wear it, the fewer nights I wake and find it ejected from my mouth.
Like many others, I tried the simplest and easiest remedies without success, and was working my way toward the more invasive (i.e. surgery, dentist-fitted appliances, etc). The Noiselezz is cheaper, easier, and less traumatic then those alternatives, and I'd encourage any snorer to give it a try before resorting to the "prescription" remedies.

I have used your product for 2 months and have noticed almost complete relief of my snoring as well as sleep apnea. I'm sure that the majority of snoring and sleep apnea are caused by pharyngeal obstruction and will be relieved by a mandibular advancement device such as yours.

I have an "urgent reorder request". This is incredible! I received the Noiselezz and to my amazement it worked! Not initially the most comfortable thing I have ever had in my mouth, but my wife got a night's sleep and I actually awoke more rested. Anyway, I just got off an airplane tonight from the Caribbean and was dismayed that I must have left the plastic box on the sink in my hotel room in Curacao (near Venezuela). Getting this back is going to be difficult. Can you FEDEX me for SATURDAY DELIVERY a repeat order. Even if I get the other one back I would be happier having two. If anyone has any doubts about this product, they shouldn't. The Overnight FedEx will be a lifesaver!!!

Just wanted to let you know that I ordered the device from you on August 2 and received it on August 8...so it took less than a week. As for molding the device around that tooth that was bothering it went well and was easy to do. Last night was the first night that I really put it to the test with my wife...and guess what?..lol...we made it together ALL night! It was great...first time in about 2-3 years! She mentioned that I did still make a bit of noise but it was something that she could tolerate. I am still trying to adjust to wearing something in my mouth, but I know in time it should improve also. I will keep you updated.

I have been using the Noiselezz for a week now. IT IS WONDERFUL. I had been using a CPAP unit for about 2 years. The CPAP worked OK, but there were lots of problems with the mask moving, airflow noise, etc. Now, all that is eliminated. Plus, I travel a lot for my job. It was a real problem taking the CPAP to Japan, Australia, etc. I once blew up my CPAP in Australia, when I forgot to switch from 110V to 220V. With your Noiselezz product, that is all in the past. Thanks again. I will be telling several friends about this and they should order soon. I hope they do!

I heard about your product from a woman sitting next to me on an airplane. She swore by it and I tried it on her word and out of desperation.
My husband snored so loud, people in a house we were visiting in Vermont got up during the night and went and slept in the living room because they couldn't sleep in a room next to us. At home, our daughters, who sleep in a room above our room have to wear ear plugs and also take sleep aid tablets. I have taken sleep aid pills almost every night since we married (going on four years). (Our daughters are from previous marriages.)
My husband, after taking much abuse, has had three different types of surgery for the problem. He has had the surgery for a deviated septum. He had a technique done which involved sticking an electrical probe into his throat and heating up the tissue in his throat to the point that it would actually cook the tissue and form scar tissue which was supposed to tighten up the muscle and prevent snoring. He had this done 4 times and still snored very loudly and finally, he had his throat and uvula burned with a laser and still snores.
The device I bought from you is the only thing that has worked! I can't believe it - after all that he went through! I don't understand why a doctor did not recommend this first! I feel so bad for what he has gone through.

Then she started getting up every other night to sleep on the couch, just to get an uninterrupted good night's sleep. I used it Monday night and my wife got a good nights sleep. She said she only heard some light snoring once or twice. She is a light sleeper and before your product came, she would spend part of the night in the guest bedroom. I got used to it pretty quickly.
I have sleep apnea, and seems to be helping with that as well (no snorting). It is much better than using a CPAP machine. I couldn't stand the mask on my face.
